Balwin Properties reports robust half year results – Group CEO Steve Brookes is in the C-SUITE.
Sustained demand from clients helped the 26 year old property company, Balwin Properties, deliver a pleasing recovery from the challenging market conditions experienced in the prior period owing to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Group’s revenue saw a 41% increase from the prior six month period to R1.3 billion and operating profit surged some 44%.
The Group is cautious on the prevailing macro economic environment but continues to record both healthy pre- sales and strong sales.
